 On behalf of my family and my Campaign Organization, I felicitate with you, your Excellency, on this momentous occasion of your 66th birthday.

Birthdays happen every year,  but those of special persons like you who sacrifice so much to serve humanity, become our reference point, indeed challenge us to do even more from our modest standpoint.

Your Excellency, the humility and Grace with which you exercise the enormous authority of the f state as Executive Governor are lessons for us all on the virtuous concept of smart – Leadership!

As Governor of our state, you have demonstrated uncommon sagacity and piloted affairs these past years in an exemplary, dignified manner.

You deserve our prayers, support, and cooperation always, even as we look towards the future with justified optimism, and guaranteed assuredness.

Your Excellency, on this auspicious occasion of your birthday, I pray to  God for Him to grant you continuous good health and wisdom as you pilot the affair of our dear state.
